warranty policy
1. Dynasty product warranty service period: six months
2. The date of the beginning of the warranty period is based on the date of purchase of voucher and the full date of the warranty card (the two are different, with the earlier date). The failure tool is identified as the warranty clause. The user needs to show the purchase voucher (or copy) and fill in the complete warranty card, both of which should be sold by the seller. The seal is true.
3. We provide no part fee and no labor warranty for the failure caused by material or process defects in the warranty period, and the cost of parts and labor cost of the product in the non warranty period shall be borne by the user.
4. During the warranty period, the following circumstances are not within the scope of warranty.
--The worn parts are commutators, carbon brushes, O rings, shells, handles, etc.
--Electronic components: power cord, plug, switch and electronic circuit board.
--Random attachments and accessories.
--failure to comply with operating instructions, incorrect use, abnormal environmental conditions, improper operating conditions, overload or lack of adequate maintenance and maintenance.
--Defects arising from the use of non original accessories, components or accessories.
--A tool that has been modified or added.
--A slight deviation from the specified quality, but does not affect the value and function of the tool.
5. After we confirm that the tool failures that are included in the warranty can be excluded in such two ways: repair the fault tool free of charge or replace a new tool. After replacement or repair, the products or materials that are replaced will belong to our company.
6. According to the service provided by warranty, the warranty period of the tool will not be extended or renewed.
7. We will return the product repaired by our company. Our company will repair it and return it within five working days.
8. Warranty is for consumers to enjoy free repair services, and does not limit consumers' legal rights. Our company reserves the right to modify the above terms without notice at any time, and has the final right to interpret the above warranty terms.
